Wild Life

WA Museum Boola Bardip, Perth

Exhibition Design. Graphic Design.

Three permanent exhibitions at the Ningaloo Centre take visitors on a journey through the region’s social history, ‘reef to range’ ecological diversity and ancient landscapes.

Exploring the unique and interconnected biodiversity of Western Australia

At the heart of the Wild Life Gallery is the Tree of Life, reflecting the core thematic concepts and providing a centralised meeting point for visitors. Surrounding the Tree of Life are seven distinct thematic areas that create immersive environments for visitors to explore Western Australia’s diversity through large format graphics, engaging displays and interactive multimedia. These areas are connected by the sculptural blades of the Life structure which is utilised as a wayfinding device and connecting thread within the gallery, directing visitors into and guiding them through the themes.
