Botany Bay National Park is a landscape of iconic cultural and natural significance

In collaboration with the NSW Government Architect’s Office, we were commissioned to develop an interpretation plan for the Meeting Place precinct, a site that has been both celebrated and mourned as the place where Lt James Cook and his party came ashore in 1770. The key challenge was to tell and integrate the many stories associated with this place, allow multiple voices to be heard and provide for ongoing discussion.
